The job was posted April 15 and is still up if any of you are interested!!

You have to wonder when CU will want to fill the position. Big South membership is effective July 1, if that matters.

Jacksonville State is having hour-long "Meet and Greet" sessions with their new AD finalists (one of which we are familiar with). These are open to faculty, staff, alumni, and fans. Would Campbell ever do something like this, or even announce who the finalists are??

I doubt Campbell would ever do anything that progressive and let the public into the inner workings of the process. I am interested to see if they have even advanced the process past the ground floor and have top candidates. It would make sense to have someone in place by the time we join the Big South but I just don't see it happening.

Welcome DC Camel! Seeing "Davie County" makes me want a BBQ tray from Miller's Truck Stop in Mocksville. Of course, it comes with RED slaw around there...the way God intended BBQ to be eaten!

Heard some rumblings out fo the Creek that there may be an announcement soon coming? Anyone confirm?

I hope they do have an annoucement soon. The position has been vacant for almost seven months. I will believe it when I see it.

Im sure money has something to do with it. I know we are at or near the bottom(compared to D1/FCS universities in our region) concerning the amount our AD employees are compensated.

We are just looking for most economical way to have an effective but not always successful athletic department :)
