As summer is approaching
As summer is typically when the expansion rumors/pissing matches increase I felt it was good to just clarify a couple things and get some feedback from the residents of this board on the moderation so far.

A: If you have any questions or comments for me about the moderation of the forum please feel free to PM.

B: If you see a post that is a concern, please report it using the button on the bottom right of a post so I can know which posts are to blame. It is much easier to deal with that way and with so many posts, I can't look through all of them.

C: Just a couple things from the Acceptable Use Policy that I have seen a little bit of recently and want to remind people about:
Quote:- Any personal attack on other posters, school administration, and/or student athletes is subject to immediate removal without notice at the discretion of mods and admins.
...
- Reputation manipulating will not be tolerated. Multiple reputations are intended to allow for people to alter reputation on a per post basis. You should not artificially inflate or deflate your own reputation or the reputation of others. This includes "reputation whoring".
- In general, if you are causing people to leave the community because of your actions, you will be banned... even if you're so good at walking the line you have technically broken no rules. NCAAbbs will not let you ruin everybody else's experience and get away with it just b/c you're good at walking the line.

Full AUP is found at http://ncaabbs.com/html/aup.html

D: Hope everyone is enjoying the board. Trying my best to keep it civil here and hope you will as well.

Got your back Sammy.

One of my biggest pet peeves is seeing 6 threads on the same subject matter. So everyone should try to post under the existing thread instead of creating a new one.

You're assuming people LOOK to see if something is already posted, before rushing ahead to create their own thread. Assumptions are always a bad thing, dude...

Guys, I deleted your replies since I don't want this thread spiraling downward. Take it somewhere else.

Lets keep things Conference Realignment related. Starting to notice a lot of threads/posts that have nothing to do w/ realignment. The TV Contract stuff is cool because its semi-related.

As summer is approaching Part Deux

Lets keep thangs cordial and on topic. Stay away from the personal attacks. Unless info is TOTALLY new, post in an existing thread. I just did some thread merging.

Feel free to hit report, and it'll be taken care of ASAP. Any questions, feel free PMing me or anyone else on the Mod Team.

Happy Posting and study this hard... 04-cheers
