Really hope Javes happens, but I agree with Doc that this has been probably the best-looking class I have seen since I have been following the program. We'll see how it pans out.

Without a doubt it's Shields best class, at least on paper. Although his past recruiting hadn't set the standard very high. Now we will have to wait and see if it spills over to the court, and results in more wins.

We've always said he got more out of his talent than most coaches. Now that he will seemingly have talent, let's see how he does. He should dominate the league.

I will say this, though: we have several players (new and returning) who seem to have considerable upside, and that is encouraging.

I think the future does look bright. Next year, who knows. Gus and Chucky will only be sophomores. Neighbour will be a sophomore, a first year DI player, and will have sat out a complete season. Dillard looks like a steal, but will only be a freshman as will White and Lockhart. I'm hoping Lawton will be ready to step right in, but Jucos almost always take a half a season, if not a year to come into their own. I think it will be one of the most interesting seasons, in years, because there are so many unknowns.

Seems like that's true nearly every season.
