It now looks like Jorge Wright is out of the competition for the NG position... 03-banghead

Wright, 20, of Miramar, Fla., was charged with carrying a deadly weapon without a license and possession of a controlled substance less than 15 grams. Both charges are misdemeanors.

His bond was set at $2,000.
Why he was allowed to play in last night's Blue-Gold game is beyond me. Stew says he's waiting for all the facts to come in. But I'd say that's a moot point at this juncture...

Wright had the lead over Josh Taylor for NG too. He was the bigger and faster of the 2 players. The battle for the starting NG position is now between Taylor and Shaq Rowell, who comes to Morgantown in the fall...
