has signed with us? Did we choose him over Javes or Josephs?

I thought Jim was just making that up but the kids facebook page says he is now officially a trojan. Can't tell for sure if he has a scholarship

Depends on if you consider the ADG to be "good information".

On page 7 (on the version that makes it to Monticello) there are reports of 5 basketball signings/commitments.

It says that Casey is a 6-2 point guard that "has committed to play for Arkansas-Little Rock this fall".

Good luck to Casey.

Very interesting. Sounds like he will sign. Might be a walk-on, I guess, but I don't know why you would list that as a committment. Doubtful that he will get much PT behind D'Andre and Chucky, but you can't have too many points.

If that is the case, then it looks like Javes is history. Disappointing. But it leaves us with Gus for three more years, WN for three more years, White for four years. And five scholarships coming open after next season.

This could be the young man I heard wanted to walk on at UALR. The article didn't say he signed, but said he committed. Seems like a lot going on and we get no information from BTH or our Athletic Department. Not like that's anything new, is it? However, if he's been offered by ASU, it seems unlikely he'd walk on at UALR, so I'm betting something else is going on. Like someone leaving the program or not qualifying to get into school?

I really doubt he's a walk-on. Had offer from ASU. Some pretty good schools were interested.

We really are getting to be of one mind. I just edited my original post saying the same thing. Are we a victim of the Vulcan mind meld?
