Lacrosse we were regular tourney participants until just a few years ago. Nothing special but not woeful as we've been the last couple years.

Realistically we're a sleeping giant in everything athletically. We have all the makings of a college athletics giants, large state flagship in a populous state that produces more than enough Division 1 talent in everything we field teams in.

Great win by Syracuse. Hats off to them.

I am glad the turnout was high and that it was televised on ESPNU.

That is great for BE lax.

Yeah it was a great game. I left in the 4th qtr after SU went up 10-5. As we were walking away from the Dome, we heard a loud roar, so I figured it was 11-5. It wasnt likely they could come back from 5 down with abot 10 minutes left, not the way SU was playing. There were about 500 ND fans at the Dome.

Hey TexanMark, I went to the game with Quentin Gause's cousin.

This win should make the Orange the overall #1 seed in the NCAA lax tourney.

Cheers,
Neil

I agree...I think Cornell gets #2 and Notre Dame will be #3.
