RE: NTR Grizz win!!!
I love the Tigers. I love the Grizzlies.

I love our Tigers who play in the NBA.
Are they now the same thing as Monday Night Wrasslin'?
I think not. Neither are the Griz. They rested their stars.
Lots of teams do that before the playoffs, in several sports.

How do you guys not support your hometown team? I'm even rooting for the Grizzlies and I'm from Chicago.

Because all of us Tiger fans are thrilled the Grizzlies won. Simple.

Were you thrilled when they threw the last two games of the season ? Tim Donaghy was correct. Were you thrilled they were afraid to play LA. What a great example to set for the young fans-----THROW the last games of the season, because we are afraid to play the Lakers. HMM--I think New Orleans beat LA. Tim Donaghy said it all. FIXED.

Who peed in your cereal this morning?

The mods are just jealous that the Grizzlies did what the Tigers couldn't do in the first game of the playoffs.

Happens all the time. It looks like it might have been a pretty good strategic move.

There is a simple explanation. I don't support them because they are a competitor for sports dollars in a market with very limited sports dollars.

They are not competitors. They are partners. Without the Grizzlies, there is no FedExForum. I can guarantee that Josh uses the fact that the Grizzlies are here when talking to recruits.

RE: NTR Grizz win!!!
I guess the Spurs threw the last game of the year so they wouldn't be tied with Chicago for #1 overall seed in the playoffs since they rested all their starters against the Lakers. Makes sense to me.
