The lady Bears defeated Arizona in the Women's College World Series this afternoon 6-0 to win their 1st over national championship!

How dare they defeat the school that is home to Jenny Finch - the Arizona softball pitcher that could put 99% of models to shame.

Yes, kudos to Cal for an outstanding job. Pac-10 teams always seem to do well in minor sports. <img border="0" alt="[angel]" title="" src="graemlins/angel.gif" />

I saw the game and Cal looked good and just racked up a lot of runs in the 6th inning..

One more thing to add to this national championship is that CAL shutout Arizona 6-0!! Arizona is a very powerful team and had sluggers up and down the lineup and the Wildcats could not get a run off ace Golden Bear pitcher Jocelyn Forest. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="smile.gif" />
