Calhoun was very cagy in the way he rotated
his big men. He knew that eventually he could wear Butler's big men down, since they only really had two, whereas UConn had a stable of them. And that's really how it worked out. And you can see the advantage of having great shot blockers. Even if they don't block a shot, it makes the other team aware of them on every layup, and sometimes they miss because they'e anticipating those long arms coming out of nowhere, even when they don't show up.01-lauramac2
