Montgomery Takes Over NIU
He has long ties to both Michigan State and CMU. My big concern is that he was passed over for a couple of other MAC jobs not too long ago. Supposedly because he thought that the MAC was beneath his talent level.

I honestly don't recall enough about him to formulate an opinion. Although as a general rule of thumb, CMU's men's BB coaches have been less than stellar. Since we drove off Charlie Coles and Keith Dambrot. 03-banghead
