Riding Mercer's coattails! lol, just kidding! Congrats on the news!! I'm glad to hear a familiar team will be along side Mercer in 2013.

Congrats to you, Hatters! Count me as pleasantly surprised by this news. I look forward to having another college football team in the state of Florida.

A recent newspaper item says over 150 people have applied for the head coaching job.

Over $2M raised for football to date...PFL admission for Stetson (and Mercer) expected to receive approval by school presidents this summer (following preliminary approval by athletic directors on June 8).
