Southern California starting cornerback Kevin Arbet is out for the season with a broken right foot.

Arbet will redshirt this season and play his senior year in 2003.

Arbet's foot bothered him in spring practice and through the summer, and a bone scan Monday showed he has a stress fracture.

His injury leaves the Trojans vulnerable at cornerback, where they lost their top three players from last season to the NFL.

Yeah, now Auburn's "AU"-some air attack will go unchecked, except for Polalamalu. Look out Trojans! <img border="0" alt="[laugh]" title="" src="graemlins/laughing.gif" />

USC's still got some good athletes out there, but I think Auburn will be able to burn 'em.

With Arbet out, Troy does have his work cut out for him but like JolinJacket stated, USC has some athletes. I expect the other athletes to step up and perform well..

Let's go Trojans!!!

Arbet may be out for the game but the Trojans do have corner Darrell Rideaux who has a lot of big game time experience..
