UC v. ND
This game worries me for a lot of reasons. The Bearcats have won six of their last seven games and are coming off a big tournament victory.
I think that the Bearcats will substitute a lot and will try to press ND a bit, while maintaining the protection under the basket with Gates and Thomas.
I also think that the Bearcats defense may force ND into some bad shots. With the double bye, the Irish may take some time to find their legs and their shots, so I am hoping the Irish can play good defense early to keep it close during the first half.
I see this as a possible low scoring, very close game. The Bearcats are a dangerous team to play right now with ND coming off the double bye.
I hope it is a good game.

I think a lot of it depends on how well Yancy Gates plays. He's the straw that stirs the Bearcats drink...

I think we need good games from Wright and Dixon more than Yancy. If Yancy struggles some, we still have some decent options to back him up. If Wright and Dixon struggle, we don't really have any guards to slide into their spots.

If that Hansborough kid can shoot 3s 9 out 10 like he did against UCONN, ND will win.

I agree, if UC's guards play the Irish guards even up, UC wins, if not it will be all Irish.

The Bearcats are playing tough.
ND has been sort of sloppy, in my opinion.

I agree. I saw the one play where Abromitis missed a 3, simply stood where he took his missed shot, and when the ball came back to him there was nobody near him. My first thought was how can you leave him alone like that? That's just asking for trouble...

Picked a good day to come back. Glad to see UCONN take out Pitt. Last time they complained about me was when I complained about Pitt's bump and push illegal style of play. I thought this guy Gary Mcghee got away a ton last time we played them. Today I am glad Kemba broke his ankle on the final shot. He will be famous for all the wrong reasons.
Baby is doing well and getting big.

Notre Dame is really laying the wood on Cincy right now, 66-43 with 11:30 left.

87 - 51 Notre Dame leads late. What a beat-down.
