Tough to make something out of nothing in terms of RE, he has had to start from scratch, so dont quite start judging the first two years of the regime in terms of W's and L's, this year will tell us a lot. However, what he has brought to the university in terms of commitment has been outstanding. That goes for facilities (not his doing, but he has forced the university to upgrade) and in the classroom as well. I think he's been nothing but a great ambassador for the program so far.
