Arkansas State lost Key Player
I just thought I would share some bad news with you guys. Trey Finn will miss the remainder of the year after he torn his patella tendon today. A tough break for our team and especially for Trey. I know Trey might not be your favorite because of him changing his mind but he is really a good kid, the family is a great family and I don't think we have anyone on the court that can take up the slack for what he did this year. He helped us as much on rebounding as anyone on the team and always got the other teams best player to defend.

I certainly didn't like how he stiffed us, but I'm sorry to hear he was injured and certainly would never wish him any harm. My dislike was confined to the basketball court. Hope he recovers soon.

I agree with you, Doc. I want to say something smartass, but I just can't. Sports injuries are not very funny, no matter who we are talking about. This may be a lucky break for us if our guys can get past the Jags.

I believe this kills any chance ASU had of winning the tournament. Trey was a key player for them and it's a shame this happened. I remember last year when Matt broke his foot in the first game of the tournament, and I think it was against ASU, wasn't it? Anyway, it's a game and kids only have so many of them during their careers, and it's tragic when an injury occurs that prevents them from participating.

I am sorry to hear that. Hate to hear about any of the kids getting hurt.
