Story of a former CMU FB player gone to Wisconsin
and now ready to be a first rounder.

Some good points how Watt was a TE, transferred to WI as a walk-on, grew in length and size, changed positions, earned a scholarship, and now ready for the NFL.

http://www.freep.com/article/20110227/SP...arly-pick?

Earned a scholarship for being a member of the two deeps which I assume is the 'rule of thumb' for walk-ons.

Nice article on the PROCESS of getting bigger over two years (not one off season), changing positions, earning a scholarship, etc.

It doesn't work this way for all. I saw Sorgatz at the UVa game and his body looks like a TE's body. He might not have gained any weight in two years at EMU. Watt gained 50 lbs. Sorgatz "not much'. We'll see if English's nuitrition table can't put 25 lbs on him - has to be at a rate he can handle.

Sorgatz's weight appeared to be up on the roster...

Maybe the nutrition table is working... :)

Too bad LaVon McCoy isn't still here.

He could be at the 'Weight Watcher's' table. 03-nutkick
