Congrats to Rutgers. Another strong game at the RAC...

I wish I was there tonight. Huge adrenaline rush there at the end even watching at home. The RAC is finally becoming a tough place to play again. After the last 3 games, we had to win one of these close ones eventually.

Agree. We lost by 2 to Pitt & St Johns and played ND tough. We finally got this one and pulled the big upset. Rice has this team hustling. Can't wait until his #15 recruiting class comes in next year.

I just watched the replay. Maybe I missed it with the one camera angle I had, but I didn't see a true foul on that last 3 pointer. Was that a deserved foul on Corey Fischer?

Probably not, but you can't allow your opponent to score 16 points in the final 2 minutes of the game. Nova had plenty of chances to end this game.

Kinda how I felt. When I saw it originally I saw the foul, then from another angle it looked very questionable. However, at that point it was going to OT at a minimum.

Rutgers has improved soooo much...they are getting good and I believe they have some good recruits coming in? Look out....

Yes. The foul was deserved. He hit the guy's elbow while he was shooting, which is defined as a foul. You have to call a foul a foul, no matter when it's committed. Fischer should have let him shoot it uncontested. If he makes it, you play it out in overtime. If he misses, game over. It was a dumb move, and I'm sure he's going to get it in the film room this week too...

Well what do you know, Rutgers is getting it done. We may never think of Rutgers, DePaul, and South Florida in the same breath again! And even South Florida is making some noise. Now if only we could stop thinking of DePaul when we think of DePaul...
