same song different verse. Frankly this isn't very interesting to watch. It's fun being on the winning side, but geez these games are boring. I'm looking forward to ETSU which will hopefully be a competitive game. I'm hoping the team doesn't lose their edge before the tourny either. Don't get me wrong, I'm not wishing we were worse, just was expecting a little more out of the league this year.

There's been some chippiness (word?) late in a couple of these games recently. Slater you would expect, but a couple of scrubs from campbell were tossing around some elbows and yapping in the second half. Hopefully they were just asking for mercy.

You guys are much better than any team has been since ETSU has been in the league. And don't think the league is down....this is BY FAR the best the ASUN has been RPI wise, since we've been in.

RPI as a system is worthless. This league is down compared to when we first joined it. Not by a lot but it is down. DAVID lipscomb has never been better than they were the year ETSU first joined. Gardner Webb is no longer here. Jacksonville is better than I thought they'd be this year but I don't believe they are the team they were with Ben Smith. Campbell is obviously better but they aren't any good. Kennesaw is not as good as they were with Wooten. Mercer's best team was last year but they were never able to capitalize on it. I couldn't tell you what Stetson is or is not this year. UNF has improved but they aren't any good really. FGCU is weaker than when they first entered in my opinion.

The curious factor in this whole report is Belmont and ETSU. I contend ETSU will at some point fall apart due to the Bartow factor. Probably next weekend. I haven't been able to see Belmont play a full game yet so all I have to go on is record and hearsay. It certainly sounds as if this is your best team since our joining the conference but I wont' know until I wittness it.
