I understand that the Panthers had the worst record in the NFL and some people cannot believe that he would get a job so soon, but some of his problems were injuries. The job is difficult indeed for Josh left the cup bare for Denver, but in 2 years Denver can be competitive.

That Panthers team was one of the worst in NFL history, on both sides of the ball. It's a miracle they even won 2 games. They lost by 17 to a team QBd by Todd Collins who had like a 2.7 QB rating. Doubtful Lombardi, Shula, Walsh, or Belichick could've mustered even a 6-10 record.
