Nice guy, can't coach and is not the answer. Cut your losses and get a good coach while we have young talent. This team is embarassing. TN is not good.

If the program can wait 4-5 years, then Josh will ultimately turn out to be a hell of a coach. I just think he's not at the point where he knows how to lead men.

If you think missing the NCAA for two straight years, one of which with the #1 recruiting class in the country, in a weak conference and getting blown-out on national television multiple times, one to your in-state recruiting rival in a down-year, isn't going to get the attention of the boosters who pay coaches salaries then you are most likely mistaken. I'm not making any predictions or time lines, but it's about to get interesting IMHO. The honeymoon is about to officially be over.

Because his team is out manned???? Josh isn't on the court. His players have to bring it. They are standing on offense. Missing free throws. Stepping out of bounds. Goal tending. Not rebounding. I don't think that's Josh's fault. He will have to recruit bigger stronger players but after a season and a third your sir are way off base and out of touch. There are no overnight sensations in the coaching world. It takes time. Don't claim you root for the Tigers unless you root win or lose.
