RE: JU/UNF/KSU/MU
Dolphins win by 2. Great game, but stressful to watch...feel like I aged 4 hours during those 2 hours!
Would love to see CU's roster play at 100% someday without injuries or foul trouble. Good to see Dodson back, but Griffin fouls out way too early.
Did I hear our PA announcer correctly when introducing the Dolphins prior to tipoff? Unbelievable!

Oh, it wasn't all that big of a deal....he just introduced Jacksonville as the Johnson C. Smith Golden Bulls!!
Add it to the list along with "Virginia" for Virginia Tech, "Florida" for Fla Gulf Coast, "Georgia" for Georgia State.

RE: JU/UNF/KSU/MU
After another 2 pt home loss to UNF, the Camels finally bounce back in the 2nd half vs Kennesaw State. TV game before the students return to campus and vs a relatively new D-1 school....not sure how great that is for Campbell's exposure, but at least viewers saw a CU victory.
Hope the 2nd half marks the beginning of the end of that mini-slump earlier in the week. Preston's back and the newcomers are settling into the system.
Looking forward to Mercer Monday...hope there aren't any snow issues, but they're talking 3-5 inches!

RE: JU/UNF/KSU/MU
I'm hunkered-down in snowy Montgomery County tonight, but will listen to the game. ("Wait, you don't have a fireplace" and "Did we mention front-door parking" will be ringing in my head for a couple of hours after the game ends!)
Hate I'll miss seeing the last A-Sun game with Mercer in the Creek. Historically, this series has been mostly close games...maybe the overall closest games of any school CU has played in the TAAC/A-Sun. As I've said before, Mercer is one of the few A-Sun schools I've genuinely enjoyed while following the TAAC/A-Sun. Perhaps the Bears will be our top PFL rival in a few years!!
I say the Camels win by 6.
Hope the students show-up now that they've finally returned from Christmas break.

After a 15 pt CU lead, the Bears clawed their way back!
Very encouraging that the Camels could take over in OT without the services of Hartley, Celestin, and Dodson. The depth and talent of this team was evident.
Regarding this 4-game homestand, Laing said in the post-game that no other league in the universe would have a team play 4 games in a week, but this is where we are now.

You can imagine with CU leaving the A-Sun, the league is not going to do the Camels any favors. In fact, the league is trying to make it as difficult as possible for them by scheduling a 4 game home stand while the students are away and then scheduling a 5 game road trip.

QUIT COMPLAINING! ETSU, Belmont, Lipscomb, Stetson, Upstate and Gulf Coast had to play 4 games in a week and apparently the Horizon league is not in this universe because Butler has to play 4 league games in a week. Then they play another game 2 days later (5 in 9 days) but my guess is you wont hear Butler complaining about this. A dollar says if they had won all 4 games Laing wouldn't be complaining he just underachieved so he has to find an excuse.

Good points, X. Still, it's a shame this homestand occurred when the students were away. Losing the 1st & 2nd, then winning the 3rd & 4th kinda contradicts this thought to an extent.
No biggy here...just another reason to look forward to the Big South.
