I know I know they're not here for another year and a half, but its never to early to start cheering for conference mates especially on the big stage against the Big 10.

I was going to cheer for the Frogs if they was a future member or not. Just my hatred for the overrated 10.

Me too Animus. me too. Over rated Big 10 that is as today is showing so far.

Don't get me wrong, Nebraska is going to add some credibility to the B10 next year. But until the B10 starts beating the SEC in these Bowl games I won't respect the B10. People can say what they want about the Big East but the ACC and B10 hasn't been much better. The Big 10 has tons of history and huge fanbases no doubt. But in this world of what have you don't for me lately has shown is the B10 is lacking on the National Stage.

I agree...they have plenty of tradition, fans, media coverage, yada yada yada, but when it comes down to on the field....well the results show year in and year out...they are not much better if at all than us or ACC, or upper echelon non AQ's.

Look. TCU is NOT a Big East team! It's just silly to talk about this year's team as if it is. If they win today, the glory will go to the Mountain West or WAC or whatever conference out there they are a member of.

TCU is a big east member now. Ill be rooting for them all the way.

Im pretty sure an article came out saying that whatever they do between now and 2012 will count towards both the big east and the mwc.

I think we're all aware of that, but point is we're rooting for our soon to be conference brother.

TCU is already helping the Big East more on the field than Notre Dame is or has been.

No, the glory will go to TCU, which will carry over when they join us. Boise didn't really get respect until they beat Oklahoma, and TCU can have a similar "arriving" moment.

Looks like it may be a shootout. I was expecting the defenses to keep the scoring down.

Both D's settled in at the end of the 2nd half, the TOP for Wisconsin worries me but it looks like the TCU LBs are learning to get off of the pulling OL blocks and penetrate into the backfield against this Wisconsin OL.

Some of us are not aware of it, because they are insisting that TCU is repping the Big East in today's game. But i'm with you and the other sane posters.
