Looks like a great start for our new system

8-5 record, and a quality bowl win vs a BCS opponent... and a win at Miami.
I think most of us were expecting a lot worse than that.
I know i was thinking before the season we might be 5-7 or 6-6

I dont think thats something we should be counting on.

We already have wins over Kansas State and Clemson. 3-1 so far, 2-1 against BCS schools. If Pitt can beat Kentucky and TCU beats Wisconsin I'll consider this bowl season a big success for us. Im just hoping UCONN keeps it respectable. They dont have to win, but after Cincinnati got blown out last year we cant have that happen 2 years in a row.

That was a nice win, but I don't think we should be getting too excited about the success of the BE just yet. It was a bad regular season and there are still a couple more bowl games to go.
