I'm going to the game tonight with my 16 year old daughter. Gonna buy tickets at the window. I hope they don't pull a Miami and ask me to buy a package. LOL.

Are all the lower level seats taken with season tickets? Or can you purchase a couple? Or better yet........is anyone not going tonight that wants to give or sell me their tickets in the lower level? I'm paying $3 per ticket. Just kidding. Let me know.

Votto - Considering the kiddies are on vacation (not that they support the team when they are in session) there should be plenty of tickets available in the lower bowl.

You're probably right.

But I was curious and went to GoBearcats.com and started the ticket ordering process. I asked for "Best Available" in the lower level. The tickets came up for section 115. I went to the seating chart for Fifth Third Arena, and those tickets suck. Student section on the end, tucked up in the corner. Ridiculous. Needless to say, I cancelled.

I'll buy tickets when I get down there, and maybe take a seating chart with me. Possibly buy scalper tickets in a good section.

Can you move down into the better seats? Every time I've gone and bought tickets for upstairs the past couple of years, the lower sections are half empty...

Go after the first TV timeout or so and just walk on by the sentry guarding the sea of empty seats (although they seemed fuller the last game) like you know what you're doing. Helps to have your hands full too.

I've gone to two games this year and bought $10 tickets but sat in the first row of the second level. Perfect seats it's the same view as on TV, you can see everything.

Full hands and you can slip past the ushers easily. There should be plenty of lower level seats, especially on the ends.

Student section should have plenty of seats available. Got my ticket online today and got first row of section 129 at about noon.
