RE: Good luck WVU, Champs Sports Bowl
Thankfully, this should be the last time I see WVU's offense look so bad for a long time...
Appropriately, WVU fumbles the punt at their own goal line, and NC State takes over first and goal...

WVU looks like UC tonight. Can't with all these turnovers.

That's the ball game. WVU just couldn't grab Wilson often enough. He looked like a skinny Major Harris without the bowed legs at times...

The defense has finally given up more than 21, but hardly their fault, with all the 'special' teams and offensive ineptitude ...

I agree. Can't blame the defense on the loss.
If I'm Luck, DH starts the HC job tomorrow.

Considering the NC State has held the ball for 35 minutes, and the game ain't over yet, I think the WVU D did fine...

He's got to finish the job at OSU, and the Cowboys haven't played their bowl game yet...

I'm not so sure. For all the missteps, bottom line is that Stewart wins 9 games a year. I know that's not what WVU aspires to, and good for you. But being a good OC doesn't mean you'll be a good HC. Change sometimes makes things worse, not better. And the bar Stewart has set has a lot of ground beneath it, not just above it ...

Smith sacked, fumbles, 4 turnovers in the second half. Ugly ...
Let's face it: On both sides of the ball, NC State looked faster.

Geno gets sandwiched and fumbles again. Fitting ending to another Mountaineer possession...

This is an ugly result for the Big East, our #2 and co-champ getting beaten badly by ACC #4.
Russel Wilson clearly won his battle with the WVU defense. He was a stud.

We get NC State at Nippert next year and UC will return the favor.

What a sad display of football from West Virginia tonight. Why is Stewart allowed to come back next year?

Maybe, but NC State beat you this year, so it probably won't be a cake-walk.
I know how WVU feels - NCST dumped us in a bowl once too.

Mountaineers mauled by the wolf pack. Rutgers could use a good offensive coordinator. I thought it might be the W. Va offensive coordinator that is being released but not after seeing this game.

That may have changed as a result of this game. We'll see if he comes back or not. Stew may get promoted to irrelevance in the AD's office sooner than he thinks...

RE: Good luck WVU, Champs Sports Bowl
its not all stews fault, the players didn't execute and the oc stinks.
you know the old saying its who you surround yourself with.
lets hope syracuse takes care of business, usf, uconn, pitts..
stews mistake he didn't surround himself with good people, the offence stinks clearly.
stews past at other schools clearly shows this..
west va made nc states d look good, very poor performance mounties.
