Yup. I read a rant on this. Seems that only three characters have ever truly died:
Dr and Mrs Wayne (Bruce Wayne's parents)
Ben Parker (Peter's uncle)
and Bucky, Capt America's sidekick from WWII.
Then they brought Bucky back 
Nevertheless, I'm still worried. My rankings are (and I haven't read the series w/ all the clues)
Reed and Johnny (tied)
