MoState's annual smackdown of the State of...
Arkansas continues on Wednesday when ASU visits. They have already beaten the Wuffs this year, while also squeaking by UALR by 34 and UCA by 40. I will give the Chickenhawgs credit since it's the holiday season. They were smart enough not to schedule those guys this year.

You are on Razorback Roll here. You should probably talk to someone about that, soon.

Yes, I realize I have a "problem". On occasion I've even wondered if I should "talk to someone" about it. But then I run into people from Alabama, Florida, SC, etc. who's hatred for the "other" State school pales in comparison to mine. It's only in Arkansas where not loving the flagship school is viewed as a "disease". An Auburn fan rooting for Alabama (or visa versa) would be looked at as the one who is "sick" in that State.

If we were in the SEC competing on level playing field with the Razorbacks it would be the same in Arkansas. That just never happened, and probably never will. However, if you had told me twenty years ago that Arkansas would be a Republican state, I'd tell you you were nuts. Things do change in time.04-cheers

When I moved here, I thought it was really strange that Arkansas was a Democratic state considering it was so conservative on most issues. I guess Southern Democrats were a different breed than the Democrats in the North I grew up with.

Profound statement. You summed up the whole problem right there. Thanks for saying it!
