Matt in 9 minutes of PT
Doc, would that mean he'd score 40 if he played the whole game? I would like to see what would happen if he started Matt, and let him play the first eight or ten minutes. It is hard for some people to come off the bench ten or twelve minutes into the game and start hitting the shots. Some can do that, some can't. Matt has had fewer minutes this year than at any time in his career, and he has started a lot of games in his last two years. Maybe he's one of those that needs to play while he's loosened up.

I also noticed something last night that I hadn't before. Matt's upper body and arms are pretty muscular, maybe too much. Pretty big biceps for a smaller guy, unless he's a wrestler or a boxer. Perhaps that's some of his problem.

I have had that same thought. When you think of a shooting guard, you usually do not think "muscular."
