Rice game on the net throught their website
Part of CBS sports package. At this point you have to sign up for the monthly package at $9.95 and then cancel after the game so you don't get billed again next month. There was not an option just to buy the one game, when I checked last night. I'm thinking that option may be available closer to game time. It may also be worth checking Channelsurfing as game time approaches.

I know nothing about modern technology, but I was wondering- if a game is being broadcast on the Net by CBS sports could that be picked up by a local TV station and broadcasted if they wanted to do that and were willing to pay whatever rights fee was required?

That is an excellent question, and one that I have no idea as to what the answer might be. I think that when ESPN3.com produces a broadcast for the internet, it is of a quality that can be picked up and broadcast on regular TV by other outlets. Whether this is true of CSTV All Access and/or other internet feeds from the schools themselves is way beyond my pay grade.

Doesn't that require some good-hearted person, who pays for the feed, to put it on there?
