3 pointers the difference today
Seemed like Ole Miss couldn't miss- actually seemed like they were better than their 11-22. They certainly hit them every time they needed one. We couldn't hit anything- after shooting really well so far this year. We really weren't as good as our final 4 for 17, as Mouzy drained a couple in the last 2 minutes when the game was out of reach. When we do that at the end of games, but wife always asks "Why couldn't we do that earlier". This time my son answered "It's a lot easier to hit shots when they don't mean anything and there's no pressure on you".

I will say Ole Miss' defense played a role which is something Kennedy is known for. When we were down big I told my son we were likely in trouble considering we couldn't score and we couldn't stop them. However, while I know its somewhat meaningless, we did play them even after falling down 14 points. I certainly don't have any delusion that we would have beaten them, if that didn't happen, but I think it may have been a relatively competitive game down the stretch.

When the game was being decided, one of the big differences was that they had outside shooters and we did not. So what else is new.
