looking at stats
Hard to read much into this, but:

We shot very well, which we ought to have.
How about Money - 6 for 6?
Once again Marlo starts but plays only single digit minutes.
Once again positive ATO.

From the radio, it sounded like PS played better than they expected.

RE: looking at stats
For someone who has started 7 of 9 games, Marlo has not played many minutes.

It could be that they figured this was a good game to get some more playing time for Gus and Montrelle. Good to see Montrelle perform well.
Gus is still a work in progress. He will have to learn to move his feet more quickly on defense. Players go around him like he's standing still, which unfortunately he is. A year from now, if he keeps working, he'll be vastly improved. Working with coach Barron, he'll improve his ability to get into the air, and move his feet more quickly. I like Gus's potential. But it will all depend on how badly he wants to improve. I think he'll respond to the challenge.04-cheers

If they had an inside game, they would be tough. They are small and shoot the 3 pretty well, but they're not very disciplined. A number of times they would run down the court and jack the ball up. I think I saw Coach Shields go over and throw up a few times when they did that.
Seriously, they played hard, but allowed us to play a lot of guys that normally don't get to play much. Speaking of stats, I think we had 24 assists, which might be a record. We threw the ball away a couple of times trying to make spectacular assists, but all in all I think we distributed the ball extremely well. And here's a pretty good stat for you. Matt had six rebounds and three assists. A couple of turnovers, but nearly everyone had a couple. Oh, if if you noticed an odd stat, both Solo and Chucky had a couple of three point shots, but missed every two point shot. Solo also, as usual, had a bunch of free throws.04-cheers
