He also blew a tire running for what should have been an easy layup. You could just see him laboring out on the court. He may not want to redshirt but like SWVA said he should at the very least sit till the spring. Right now he's a liability, he's getting no lift on his shots and he can barely move around.

This was good. Hope this sends the Bucs on a run. We were at Dayton in 2007 also. Will these two recent visits there get us a game with them in the Dome anytime soon?

Swva & Nut - I don't doubt that you're right. I didn't have the video of the game, only Jay's call. But, his steals or disruptions were on possessions that I thought Dayton could get the momentum back. Tommy has a knack for big plays. If he can't get any lift and it's clear the injury is not going to get any better, than redshirt & sit him. Isn't it 30% (or 33%) of games that he can play in but still apply for the redshirt? And when do you have to declare it? In other words, if he waits 'til January but doesn't play in any more games, you can't put him in a game @ that point and still get the redshirt, can you?

A couple of Hubbard plays that stood at to me is when he passed it out to the Ref. (not a Buc with in 12 feet of where he threw the ball) The other coming down and throwing up a terrible shot that I think barely drew glass and then running down to the other end and commiting a silly foul. He just seemed a couple steps slow and had no lift.

I don't think Hubbard's head is in it. There are others who could perhaps elaborate this point better than I.

Be fair guys - it takes a lot of mental capability to match men up one on one. You actually have to consider the other team, and now we're talking ten guys total instead of five! Bartow can't tire out both hands counting before a game - he needs one to smack himself in the head with when the threes start dropping!

WHY HASN'T SOMEONE BEEN ABLE TO GET THROUGH TO HIM ALREADY?
