So Far So Good
A road win over a CUSA team, a road loss to an Atlantic-10 team, and a home win over a Missouri Valley team, for a 2-1 record. I think we have to feel pretty good so far. If we can get another road win in Tulsa over the year in and year out favorite Oral Roberts of the Summit, and a home win over La Tech of the WAC, I will be feeling really good heading into December!

RE: So Far So Good
I am very pleased. I would not have been surprised for us to be 1-3 at this point.

RE: So Far So Good
The starters: Marlo, Kibi, Bozeman, D’Andre, & Alex all fit with what we were playing the 1st year Steve was here, which was pressing and transition. It fixes the issue of Solo at pg and the new pg(s) have some quickness this team has been missing for years. Kibi is the enforcer this team needs. Him and Alex work well at the front of the press. Marlo is the shooting big man we have been looking for since Smith and Edwards were here. The bench has a lot of tools depending on what we may need. Truly this team will be as good as Steve does managing it. I am not on the boat for more than .500 ball but I think we could. There is some hope this year that I did not feel last year even with all the close games.

Yeah. Last year it just wasn't there. It might be this year, but at least there is a "might be."
