With all of this expansion talk...most people only see UCF on TV for football. Here's an opportunity to see UCF's basketball atmosphere for a change and taking on one of your conference mates!

UCF is favored by 7.5 in the game. Frankly I don't buy it. We've blown out two underwhelming opponents so far, but haven't been tested at all. I'm very interested to see how the guys do in the new Donnie Jones system having to go up against some real competition tonight.

USF still a work in progress and you guys are catching us at the right time. We still havent figured out who our go to guy will be and our three top scorers didnt play last year. The potential is there but we still havent played a good game and it will be our first away game.

Not sure I buy the "catching USF at the right time" argument. UCF has a first year head coach who plays a completely different style of basketball than the coach who recruited 80% of the existing players. In two years, it will be damn scary what DJ will be able to do. What I do notice is USF is full of JUCO's. That can't be good for a program who's coach has been there six plus years.

LOL Nice try Heath is entering his 4rth year at USF. What we lack is PG right now. Crater cant shoot and makes many bad passes

I think Cubans theory is valid. USF definitely caught us "at the right time" last year as we were one of the youngest teams in the nation and even lost to ECU. This is why USF crushed us 69-65.

They also caught us "at the right time" in half of those games that are included in their record against us that we hear about all the time. A DI team playing a DII is always the right time though

Then by all means continue on.

Simple fact is, USF has been in the Big East for four years now and still has to rely on JUCO's. Something is wrong with that.

We might be in the big East but if you think that just because of that fact you will get quality freshmen that can compete at the Big East level, then you are fooling yourself. He will need time to win at USF to start doing that. The state of florida is NOT loaded with basketball talent

It was a good game both teams have to improve in certain areas but both are improving in basketball
