Yeah, I'm still smarting over that. Coach P was not treated fairly. I know one thing, If Coach P had never been replaced by Greg Robinson, SU would have never fallen out of the college fb world of relevance. He should have had the opportunity to right the ship the way Joepa was allowed at Penn St, and Friedgen at Maryland.

But then you must remember the administrations at those schools are were not administrators at Syracuse at that time. That's the key factor here. Pasqualoni got screwed. No doubt about it. When they named GRob the coach, my first reaction was WTF...

Our current AD, Darryl Gross was the guy who fired Pasqualoni one month after he took over after Coach P was blown out in the Champs Bowl against mediocre Georgia Tech. He is also the guy who hired Gerg. In his defense he is also the guy who hired Doug Marrone and Quentin Hillsman, who is our womens bb coach, and got the womens ranked for the first time ever.
