Crazy that Neighbour is not rated in...
Rivals Top 150 Jucos. Jeff told me that would happen since he was injured and did not participate in the preseason Juco jamborees. The kid finished one vote behind Ricardo Ratliffe for Conference Player of the Year last season in Florida, and Ratliffe was considered the best Juco in the country by a lot of services. Did Rivals just forget about him? Doesn't make sense to me. Sporting News has Will in their Top 15 Jucos (3rd team All-American). In the long run, it doesn't matter and won't have any affect on how successful he is here. However, it would be nice to see our name next to a highly rated player for once.

Just to follow-up, neither Rivals or Scout even had Will in their recruiting database for this coming signing class. I guess it just provides further evidence that these services are rather worthless except for rating the elite recruits. No doubt that if Will was going to sign with a BCS school he would be in the database and likely rated very high. He was a 3 star out of high school and I have no doubt he has improved since then.
