We'd have to kick out every member of the Big East if that were the case.

I was rooting for San Diego State. TCU winning does nothing for The Big East.

There's a good chance they're joining the Big East (I know sources are claiming they may not but a lot of that is posturing and power play on both sides) so their ranking would be nice. Not do or die but it would be nice. Of course, we don't need to to play for the national title, just a Top 12 ranking would do.

If the Big East bargaining power with a school changes based on a single game performance, then we are ****ed as a conference.

I was joking, I don't think TCU has the powerful bargaining chip that people think they have.

They don't deserve to play for a national championship coming out of the MWC. If Oregon and Auburn remain undefeated, they should play for it all. If either slips, Boise should take their spot. I believe it will look worse for The Big East if TCU plays for a NC then gets picked up by The Big East then if TCU is on the outside looking in this year.
