I honestly don't see this happening as a WMU fan in a rivalry game.

I check the Vegas lines in the USA Today for imformational purposes (supposedly the line tells something about what folks, i.e., bettors, feel about a contest).

This game I believe has gone from 14 to 19 points.

I don't see that at all.

Just take over or under?
If you bet on state they would have to win by 22 points for you to win. $110 wins $100. If you bet on Eastern they would have lose by less then 22 points. The combined score over/under is 131.5 points

Seriously, I believe MSU is minus two PGs, Lucious + ?.

As we know, PGs are the straw that stirs the offense.
