'11 Schedule
This year's schedule was downright brutal, Army, OSU, Vandy, and UVa + some tough MAC crossovers (e.g., Miami and Ohio) as well as a very good UT team, an excellent NIU team, etc. CMU was playing well when the beat us soundly. The only 'break' we got is not having to play Temple (we played them last year) and getting to play a struggling UB team.

'11:

Howard (bad I-AA) team,

UofM and PSU (tough BT teams but not top 10 or even top 25).

? (don't think La Tech is still on the schedule).

Crossover games (mediocre to very bad teams):

I assume BG - we haven't played them in '09 or '10.

I assume Akron - if so at Rynearson

I assume maybe @ Kent State.

Add a so -so Sun Belt or equivalent team and suddenly the schedule looks a LOT less brutal. 04-bow

The '10 schedule was set years ago before English came on board.

A little like purgatory - we'll get out of this '10 schedule next month.

Are we or are we not D1? This year schedule was not brutal! It should be an average season for any average to decent D1 team.

Super, check out the Indiana schedule - Towson, W. KY, Akron and Arkansas State. NO OSU. no MSU.

One of the easiest BT schedules probably in history.
