RE: Coach Shields has a new update on his website
"Derrick Bails is another guy who continues to work himself into better playing shape. His weight is continuing to improve week-by-week. It’s critical for Bails to get in the 255-pound range, which will allow him to play the way we think he can and also alleviate pressure on his knee. He’s currently right around 262 pounds, and we believe he should be able to reach that goal."

That is interesting. If Derrick sheds a few more pounds and gets that much more mobile, he get the point we all want him to. And Matt at 191#!! I would like to have seen him, just out of curiosity.

I saw Matt at the gym a few weeks ago and he didn't look overweight.
He's pretty stocky. The extra 10 pounds is distributed pretty evenly as far as I could tell. He'll be fine. I thought Tramar was seeing the doctor on October 22, not November 22. Was that a misprint, or is it really November? 01-lauramac2

I didn't mean it negatively. Matt has bulked himself up until he is a pretty impressive specimen for someone of his frame. With a few more pounds, he really must have looked solid.
