Scrimmages
Since there are no exhibition games listed on the schedule, I assume that Coach Shields has lined up a couple of scrimmages with other teams. I think last year we had one of the scrimmages in Jackson, TN with Tennessee Tech. Anybody heard anything on what the setup might be this year?

I think doing scrimmages is far more beneficial to a team than exhibition games. Fans probably don't like them as much because they have to be closed to the public, but the teams learn a lot more.

RE: Scrimmages
BTH had posted on his Blog a couple of weeks ago that they will play Stephen F. Austin in late October and Texas-Arlington in early November in scrimmages.

RE: Scrimmages
Good choices. They have had some good teams in recent years.
