Dear Coach Anus, er, Enos:
The sign of a good teacher is when his student(s) (presumably having no visible or discernible learning disability) does NOT make the same mistake repeatedly. Well, that, and an open bar along with a live band, but I digress. Clearly, you and your self-appointed fellow teachers have failed that standard. You are not prepared as a teacher, and your students are not prepared to execute (which is glaringly obvious with your "special" teams!). Now, you can plow ahead with this asinine offense, or, adjust your fellow teachers to adapt to the purpose for which these students were recruited -----------THE PHFUCKING SPREAD OFFENSE!!! There is NOTHING imaginative about your "pro-set" offense. It's basically two plays with a hundred different formations. It fools no one..........except the fool implementing it!

RE: Dear Coach Anus, er, Enos:
There's a very good chance that we may not win another game this season. The coaching is dazed and confused. The players look as if they no longer believe in the pro-set system. The fans/students are jumping from the ship. Revenue from home games will drop dramatically, and in the MAC, that is not something that can continue to happen (except for EMU-which doesn't have the fan-anger-base that CMU has). So, the dilemma is: Do you retain what is essentially a student-teacher, after a dismal first year, with no appreciable improvement by his students, or, cut your losses and maintain your fan-base by hiring someone with the know-how from day-1? Retaining this staff another two years will totally obliterate what Kelly/Jones turned around from the other Big Ten assistant that we should have learned from-DeBored. The costs are going to be big either way, and if Heeke doesn't get this turned around quickly (unless he's already planning to bail), his future to the big-time is in jeopardy as well.
