Lets get em!!! Would be great to get off to a good start in the MAC and move our record to 3-2! Lets go in there and run all over them

now that the non-conference is over...the MAC schedule really does set-up pretty nicely for us. It all starts Saturday, be nice to really flex our muscles on the road. Just hoping for no let down like last year after Purdue.

No excuses this year, we are as good on paper as any team in the MAC and we have the favorable schedule. It has to get done this year.

It's amazing what ONE quality W does to fan message boards. Following the ugly loss to ISU opening nite, those Huskies looked nothing like what was expected this season. UND game did little to reassure us. Illini game offered many some hope. Now some view Huskies as world beaters.

I had always heard women were the more fickle gender.

Change at quarterback has a lot to do with it. This isn't the same team that lost to Iowa State.

And I think Harnish was still rusty in the ND game.

And he was still shaking rust off and building confidence at Illinois. If Illinois had been his third game of the year, instead of only his second with the first being against a non-Div I team, who knows!

It's safe to say you'll never be optomistic so stop being such a debbie downer. It's good to have fan enthusiasm about conference play. I don't recall anyone talking about a guaranteed championship or any of those types of leaps yet. We all know the season's a few key injuries away from falling apart, so maybe stop acting like the other gender and enjoy the moment.

Hey, something you can possibly get up for.

The parallels between the upcoming Akron game and the Idaho game are uncanny. Double digit favorites following a dominating big win over a big 10 team. Like many of you, what I saw last week makes me very optimistic for the remainder of the season. I would love to see NIU come out on Saturday and just dominate from the opening whistle. No Let Downs!
