Can't recall whether it was one of those tricky audibles or not.
Speaking of audibles...is anyone else puzzled by how much time we spend checking off into plays that rarely work?
UT had number of high snaps that seemed to mess with timing.

"Someone" has told me that many times we are not changing the play, but changing the blocking scheme/assignments.

RE: Tol v Ohio Final Stats
An ugly win, but I will take it. Great improvement/effort by the D and improved special teams. I am curious to see how well they will do against WMU and their high powered passing offense next week. Carder looks to be pretty good when given time to throw.
Now, if we can only get that O going again. We just need to keep the ball moving with our stable of running backs with some nicely mixed in passing plays. If we would do this using our hurry up offense, I think we would really wear down the opposing D, get some first downs, and hopefully give our own D a chance to rest (which will be very important against WMU next week).
And yes, Flu looks great! I was really looking forward to watching him play this year. His performance should get him some extra carries for sure next week. It would be silly not to mix him in more and give him a chance to showcase his talents.

Hey now, the OU homers announcing the game on RocketVision said that it will be "the real battle for Ohio."
