SoA typically sits in the 2.0 rating range whereas The Walking Dead is in the mid-3.0's.

I meant highest rated motorcycle drama

How are there even any Mayans left? They lose anywhere from 1-5 members every damn week.

Agreed, perhaps the best episode of the series.

Best of the series? I don't know. But this was an amazing episode. Great season so far.

It definitely has to be under consideration. Sutter stuffed an awful lot of awesomeness in an hour.

90-minute episode tonight. Can't wait!

RE: Sons of Anarchy
It was bound to be a bit of a letdown after last week's episode.

There were some great scenes, but there was a ton stuffed into the episode. Sometimes it felt a bit rushed.

I agree it is among the best episodes of the series. I would put it in the discussion with Balm (my personal pick where Gemma tells Jax and Clay), Na Triobloidi (the season 2 finale), Albification (season 2 premier), The Revelator (season 1 finale), The Pull (from season 1, the episode that got me hooked), and NS (the season 3 finale).

The show continues to be amazing. This season has been spectacular from beginning to end. I am pumped for the final episodes this season. I thought Tuesdays episode was pretty great as well.

Did anyone notice that the guy who plays the character Bobby Munson, Fat Elvis, lists Cincinnati as his home town. His stage name is Mark Boone Junior, birth name is Mark Heidrich.

RE: Sons of Anarchy
Based on previous entries I guess this has become the de facto thread for deals on TV series, so here's a GREAT deal. Amazon is selling the complete series of The Wire for $70.99 today. Arguably the best TV drama for more than half off the store price.

Another great season of SOA. I loved Gemma's final line a few episodes ago when she said Clay's demise will come at the hand of a "son." Definitely leaves that open for interpretation.

The entire series of The Wire for 70.99 is the steal of a lifetime. Snatch it up. I own all the seasons except season 5 already, but get on it. Best show of all time. Spectacular from beginning to end. Season 4 is the pinnacle of television.

while I liked the wire, some seasons appealed to me more then others as their focus changed season to season.

is it the best show of all time?

I'd have to go with the shield. if you have netflix or a blockbuster card start watching it.

I'm b. and I approve this message.

Lots of great performances on Sons of Anarchy, but nobody is as good a Ryan Hurst (the dude who plays Opie). Every impact scene the guy gets he absolutely freaking owns.

RE: Sons of Anarchy
Another great episode. I can't wait for the two-part finale. Of all the quality TV series that I have watched I don't think SOA can be matched when it comes to a season finale. The final 15 or so minutes of the season three finale has been my favorite part of the series thus far.

Agree with you guys about Ryan Hurst. His reaction to both Donna and Piney was outstanding. Opie's bright-red, shaken facial expressions upon hearing of Clay's role in Piney's death was brilliant.

I think Potter's subtle mention of looking into Hale's deal is going to start another secondary, yet meaningful, story line.

Tig's half-assed roll call, surrounded by women, is one of my favorite lines of the season.

Is Bobby the new Otto, or would that be too obvious for Sutter?
