When the convos with Fred and Some big time People, same as the ones who were heavy involved with Cal, and know a with things of how to generate interst in recruiting.... Larry want to attack La, and Fl, and TX hard as well as changing the culture in his own backyard there in memphis..... He is putting ALOT of Time and Effort in La, And FL.... As well as Working their Butts off to make JAckson Tn more Memphis than Anyone else...Jackson is an hour from memphis and two from Nashville and We gotta take Jackson and become the leader there and once we do that Bridge the gap between Memphis to NAshville and have more tiger support in west tn ... He wants us to own west tn and make it ours.... We have to get there and we will....The World Is Ours Memphis.....

I had no idea that the key to our program's success was dominating the Jackson TN high school football recruiting process.

NO the Key is to get more interst outside of just memphis.... Jackson is huge in owning west tn part of the state and we are working hard on it.... Key to success is get top notch recruits and Larry and staff are working on that too.... We will get there count on it....The World Is Ours Memphis...

Tigerjeb are u serious? Drop playing a Sec school? Really? Lets get a few things straight here people..... We will not run and hide, and we will get better...We had our chances and had alot of positives from the game...We are not where we will be yet, but we will get there...The talent that Larry is bringing in and will get in here is amazing.... After he Continues to get the classes with better talent, adn As they are getting stronger in our S&C program we will be winning more of those type games.... Larry has Three things that will make us Winners Big Time...He can will recruit top notch talent, He has a Keen Eye for talent and very few have nowadays like those of Butch Davis and JImmy Johnson and no he doesn't cheat like Butch does either, But Butch is a master at spotting hiden talent that gets overlooked like JImmy Johnson did and Larry has the Eye like they do.. And Larry Is a motavator and determined and knows the game inside out.....He works around the clock to the the best and will make Our team become his vision and the staff will do their jobs period.... U cannot judge him off one damn game....Ryan Williams has talent and will shine before he is done here...Poe is a beast... Ballentine is young but wiat til he gets in there, He will recruit his butt off and the talent will only get better, And we will get better as the season goes on...We are not playing a pread offense no more... alot of this team was use to and recruited for the spread and certain style, But he is changing that and recruiting players to fit his style and his system and that doesn't happen in one year... He didn't even have a full recruiting year to recruit his style of players and only recruited late yet he found Ryan Williams and a few others, but wait til after this class, and then another, we will get better...And once he gets the talent and players that fit his style, his system, and they spend time in a DAMN GOOD S&C program and become his players with his vision we will be winning more and more of these type games against the SEC and Other Conferences.... And the is the DAMN TrUeTh...The World Is Ours Memphis....

As you know, our messageboards have a lot of people who are more interested in trying to be 2-bit comedians than they are in supporting the university.
