RE: Tirelessly working as new crisis looms
If BHO picked his nose, conserves would blog about it, criticize it as proof that he isn't worthy to be president, and Faux News would spend an hour discussing how his nose picking skills weren't up to snuff and unproductive. Chipdip would start 5 new threads on Bronco Stampede on his incompetence as a nose picker.

Quote:As for golf , he's played more rounds in a year and a half than Bush played in 8 years.
How about a direct comparison for vacation time?

I for one love it that he takes a lot of vacation. In fact I hope he takes even more. Becuase, when he is not on vacation he is passing socialist laws.

RE: Tirelessly working as new crisis looms
Let's see we got Labor Day coming up, that should be good for another week of vacations.
Lets see what September has to offer in terms of get away opportunities
for first family.
United Arab Republic's Day Syria
Civil Servant`s Day Venezuela
Patriot Day US (don't see him taking the day off for that one)
International Chocolate Day on the 13th (Fly AF1 into Hershey PA)
Mayflower Day US (squeeze in 27 holes...................PODUS thinks it's a holiday celebrating moving vans)
International Day for the Preservation of the Ozone Layer (all attendees will fly private jets, and caravan in SUV's to the ultra exclusive Mohana Resort in Hawaii, where after a lengthy 45 minute discussion on the Ozone Layer, they squeeze in a rub down, 18 holes of golf, and some fine dining, before returning back the the grind of WDC. )
Citizenship Day on Sep. 17th (A 5 day fiesta where everyone who steps foot across the border of the U.S. is automatically declared a citizen of the United States............kinda like now.................AZ Gov. Jan Brewer is decapitated by drug lords, and her head is turned into a pinata. In the spirit of the holiday, the president gives up golf for bull fighting.
See right there, another 25 days of vacations he can schedule

Gee, DB, a doofus huh. It seems a shame that you would take on the characterics of someone that you deride so much.
Thank you for the compliment. I just think that as long as you look back, you certainly can look forward. What do you see on the horizon, lower unemployment or higher? More governmental units suffering bankruptcy? By the way the problems in California has nothing to do with GB.
Always proud to be a Bronco.

Come on Acer, get with it everything is Bush's fault. In fact it is Bush 1 and 2 fault. I am going to suck down that double cone now.

Of course, Dumbya and golf:
Quote:“I don’t want some mom whose son may have recently died to see the commander in chief playing golf. I feel I owe it to the families to be in solidarity as best as I can with them. And I think playing golf during a war just sends the wrong signal.”
Dumbya August, 2003
The picture was taken one year after the statement above.

W............5 years ago
Not taking a vacation every two seconds. Could actually play golf, and still played less rounds in 8 years than our junior golfer and chief has played.
Consistent 4,5, and 6% unemployment (and to think, the Dems used to rag on those numbers )
Consistent economic growth in the 3-5% range..............as opposed to 1.6%
Spent like a drunken sailor, as opposed to a ship full of drunken sailors.
Won the war in Iraq in spite of Harry Reid and 90% of the Dems labeling a dismal failure (but the big laugh is our Biden and Obama are taking credit for it )
W 5 years ago compared to this socialist nightmare...........hell yes

It's BECAUSE of Dumbya's dismal presidency (invading wrong countries, economic collapses, Wall Street bailouts, etc) that we have this guy. You're delusional beyond repair.

tell me, if you told your employer you didn't get the job done because of the guy that was here two years ago, would he triple your salary or tell you to hit the bricks

Tell me, if you proposed to use the very same sales techniques that drove your company into bankruptcy, would they keep you on as the stellar sales rep you were, or tell you to pursue a teaching career?

I'll take your lack of an answer as, "No he'd fire you."
That being the case, why do you continually give this president a free pass when he passes on HIS failings to the guy that worked there two years ago?

I'll take your not answering my question as a deflection and a "yes", they'd tell you to pursue your "passion" for teaching.
That being the case, why do you continually give the last president a free pass when you on the right pass on his failings to this guy who took office two years ago?

That's right Mr. Bitterman. Since you can't answer the question, attack the messenger.
So your big weekend in SC amounted to posting on a message board and throwing down pictures full of kool-aid? Way to take advantage of a get away. :johnkerry:

Dip, why are you so dense? You couldn't tell sarcasm if it hit you in your Sam Drucker imitation face.

Been there, done that, recommended that the administrator of the program be terminated. All 3 were, then the contractor terminated all programs for that I was not connected with. It would have been like firing the republican party from all positions House & Senate.
Come to think of it, not a bad idea.

I worked for a company that went through bankruptcy? Fill me in, I wasn't aware of that............... And why does my career that ended over 15 year ago have any relevance to this discussion? You seem to want to ignore the present.
But we digress................. Why can't you answer a simple question. Why change the subject 10 times to avoid it. I'll try again.
