There is supposed to be a Phase II expansion (was supposed to be in this round but was scaled back). It will only add around 3,500 more seats by extending the lower bowl around to touching the Howard Schnellenberger Complex. Jurich mentioned it the other day and will only take one off season to complete. Supposed to happen in the next couple of years I believe. After that, it will be a long time before anything else happens.
