CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Craig Jefferies, the head football coach of Washington, D.C.'s Dunbar High, confirmed today that cornerback Vance Roberts has committed play for West Virginia University.

"I texted Vance and he confirmed that he'd committed to West Virginia,'' Jefferies said on Thursday.

Roberts is a 5-foot-10, 166-pound four-star recruit, according to the Rivals.com scouting service.

Roberts also has a twin brother, Vernard, a running back, who is also considering WVU. According to Jefferies, however, Vernard Roberts has not committed to a school.

According to rivals, Vernard has also committed to WVU...
