30 seconds and an iPad
Given to the 4th official ... that's all it would take to fix some of the incorrect calls we've seen. Two goals/non-goals today in addition to the Dempsey goal that was disallowed for offsides.

I predict that's the major new rule for international games before the next world cup. It will probably be allowed for national associations on a trial basis given the high profile of these incidents.

I don't think there's an app for that.

And even there was, FIFA would scheme with Apple to disallow it.

I think it would be easier to convince FIFA to allow very limited replay than it would be to get Apple to stop disallowing flash.
